Welcome to the Healthy Unincorporated Jeffco Website

Colorado’s Clean Indoor Air Act made most indoor public places smoke-free, yet smoking is still allowed in some indoor and outdoor public places in our community. This partial protection from secondhand smoke means that you're still completely exposed.

Healthy Unincorporated Jeffco is a coalition made up of  citizens who are working together with other community groups to make Unincorporated Jefferson County a healthier place to live. We are currently working to help strengthen the city's tobacco ordinances to reduce public exposure to secondhand smoke and to decrease youth tobacco use.
